Q1: I would like to book a food truck but I’m not sure how to answer some of the questions.
A1: Click on the menu item “BOOKING INFORMATAION” for an explanation of the different types of bookings.
Q2: I would like to have a food truck come to an event. How do I invite your member trucks to contact meet.
A2: Click on the “BOOK US” menu item. In step 2 of the request form select “One Time Special Event.” This will ensure your request goes directly to our member trucks.
Q3: I manage an office that would like to have food trucks visit on a regular rotating basis. How do I set this up?
Q3: Click on the “BOOK US” menu item. In step 2 of the request form select Recurring Event. This will send your request to our board who will reach out with details on how to set up your food truck program.
Q4: I would like to become a member of the STLFTA. How do I go about this?
A4: To join the STLFTA, an applicant must complete the following steps.
- Have ready a scanned copy of at least one health department permit
- Have ready a scanned photo of the fron, back, left and right side of your mobile food unit.
- Click the “APPLY” button found in the menu at the top of this page.
- This will direct your to a page that says the STLFTA uses Street Food Finder to manage our membership. Many times a food establishment will already have a SFF account and stop at thaat point. DO NOT STOP!
- Click on the “Apply via StreetFoodFinder” Button.
- Follow the steps all the way to the processes conclusion.
- Once you have successfully completed the process you will recieve an email confirming completion.
- The Secretary of the STLFTA will then reachout to confirm your applicant status and make arrangements for the next step.
